Refund Policy

Every Prixl Warden plan starts with a 30-day free trial, with no card needed, so you can see Warden on your own server before you pay anything. If you then buy and find within 15 days that it is not right for your firm, we refund you in full.

The 15-day full refund

  • Time limit: 15 days from the date on your invoice for your first purchase.
  • What it covers: the full amount of that first purchase: the Warden plan, any extra servers and any Guard Secure Access seats bought with it.
  • No reasons needed: you do not have to explain why. If you are willing to tell us, it helps us improve.

How to ask for a refund

  1. Send a message through the contact form within the 15 days, from one of your organisation’s administrator addresses.
  2. Include your organisation name and invoice number.
  3. We confirm by email. We refund to the bank account or UPI ID the payment came from, within 7 working days of confirming. If we issued a GST invoice, we also issue a credit note.

Once the refund is confirmed, we end the paid licence; after a short grace period Warden stops cloud monitoring and email alerts. You can then uninstall Warden from Settings, Apps, Installed apps on each server; uninstalling removes Warden’s firewall rules and returns Remote Desktop to the Windows defaults. After the first 15 days

  • Cancelling: you can cancel at any time through the contact form. Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing year you have paid for. Warden keeps working until then, and we do not refund the rest of that year.
  • Renewals: plans are billed yearly and renew only when you pay the renewal invoice. We email your administrators 14 days and 7 days before the licence ends. The 15-day refund applies to your first purchase, not to renewals.
  • Adding servers or seats later: additions are prorated to your next renewal date, so everything renews together. They are not covered by the 15-day refund.
