What happens after you submit
- We email you a link to verify your address. It is valid for 24 hours.
- Once you click it, a welcome email arrives with the Warden installer link and your organisation key file, org.lic, attached.
- Run the installer on your server and select org.lic when asked. Installation takes about 10 minutes.
- Warden starts monitoring straight away, runs its first security audit and begins emailing you.

What you need
- A 64-bit Windows Server 2016 or newer, or a Windows 10 or 11 PC that acts as your server. Windows 7 and Server 2008 R2 are not supported.
- An administrator account on that machine, to install the service.
- Normal outbound internet access (HTTPS). No inbound ports or router changes.
What the trial includes
Monitoring and email alerts work as on the paid plan. The limits: the security audit is view-only (no fix button), up to 3 manual IP blocks a day, no block link in alert emails, no Guard Secure Access, one alert recipient and a shorter event history. See all features and pricing.
