Buying Prixl Warden takes four steps and needs no card: try it free, then pay by bank transfer or UPI against a GST invoice. Your server keeps running through the switch: you do not reinstall anything.
1. Try it free for 30 days
Start your 30-day free trial. You get the installer and your organisation key by email, and Warden starts watching your server the same day. Warden runs on Windows 10 and 11 and on Windows Server 2016 or newer.
2. Ask for an invoice
Send us a message through the contact form with:
- the organisation name you used for the trial;
- how many servers you want covered, and how many staff need Guard Secure Access seats (if any);
- the billing name and address to print on the invoice;
- your GSTIN, if you want to claim input tax credit;
- your purchase order number, if your firm uses them.
We reply with an invoice for the year. Prices are on the pricing page; prices in rupees exclude 18% GST, which is added to the invoice.
3. Pay by bank transfer or UPI
Pay by NEFT, RTGS, IMPS or UPI using the details printed on the invoice, and quote the invoice number as the payment reference.
Protect yourself from payment fraud. Our bank account details never change by email. If you receive a message saying they have changed, do not pay; check with us first through the contact form.
4. We activate your licence
When the payment reaches us, we move your organisation to the paid plan and send the tax invoice. Your servers pick up the new licence automatically. To see it straight away, open the Warden dashboard and click “Refresh License”. Paid features, such as one-click fixes and the block link in alert emails, are then available. If you bought Guard seats, the Secure Access tab opens and you can start inviting staff.
GST invoice
Every purchase comes with a GST tax invoice from Prixl Technologies Pvt Ltd. If you gave us your GSTIN, it is printed on the invoice so you can claim input tax credit.
Purchase orders
We accept purchase orders. Send the PO through the contact form and we will quote its number on the invoice. If your firm needs us registered as a vendor first, tell us what forms you need.
Renewals
Plans are billed yearly. Warden emails your administrators 14 days and 7 days before the licence ends, and we send a renewal invoice; pay it the same way. You can add servers or Guard seats at any time: additions are prorated to your renewal date, so everything renews together. If you decide not to renew, nothing more is charged.
